| To Serve and Protect is not just a motto with the Russellville Police Force. It's a way of life. Each member of the police department adds to the team. This team spirit goes further, crossing over to the fire department as well. When it comes to trying to help people or save lives, they're all equals. Everyone pitches in and contributes what they can, depending on the special skills they may have to offer. Several of the Russellville Police Officers are also trained EMT's or paramedics, adding even more to the dedicated team. |
| Never too busy to help, the Russellville Police Department maintains an "Open Door" policy. They want it known that anytime, day or night, they are available to offer assistance or answer any questions people might have. |
